How the gate works
This tool grades a lead-capture form's prior-express-written-consent readiness. Each control is marked from your own evidence and weighted into a 0–100 score — and then the score is run past a gate that can only make the verdict worse.

The verdict bands
A pre-checked opt-in box (not affirmative), no retained per-consumer consent record, or purchased data with no provenance forces NOT DEFENSIBLE regardless of the score. Consent you can't prove — or a box the user never actively checked — isn't consent you can defend.
