Only products that ship a runnable instrument show up as a run tool here. Everything else you own — templates, Skills Packs, workbooks — stays exactly where it already lives, downloadable from your purchases page. Nothing you don’t own appears, with or without a price, and the connector cannot buy anything. Every result carries that instrument’s own disclaimer, returned in the result itself — never restated or softened here.
To add a downloaded skill to Claude: make sure Code execution and file creation is on (Settings > Capabilities), then go to Customize > Skills, click +, choose Create skill, and upload the skill’s ZIP file. In Claude Code, unzip it into ~/.claude/skills/ instead.
Your answers are computed, not kept.
Your answers aren't stored by RedHub
A run is computed and handed back in the same call. Your answers travel only inside the links the result gives you (the run link, and the workbook link where there is one), never in a RedHub database. Like any web address, those links may appear briefly in the technical logs used to operate the service.
What RedHub does store
Which app you connected, the email you connected with, and a one-way hash of your refresh token — never the token itself, and never an access token at all: it's a short-lived signed credential we don't keep on file.
How long a connection lasts
Access tokens last one hour and renew automatically while you use it. The connection itself ends after 90 days at the latest, even if you never touch it — and a refund removes access on your next call.
Disconnecting
End it from your purchases page at redhub.ai/rig (Connected apps), and the app loses access within the hour, or remove the connector in Claude's own settings.
The chat itself — what you type, and what Claude says back — is governed by Anthropic’s own terms, not RedHub’s.

An MCP (Model Context Protocol) connector at https://mcp.redhub.ai/mcp that lets Claude read what you own and run your RedHub instruments in the chat, on any device Claude runs on — web, desktop, or mobile, including by voice. It works today in Claude. The server also recognizes the client identity document ChatGPT publishes, but RedHub has not tested the connection in ChatGPT.
