Digital products are delivered instantly

RedHub AI LLC (“RedHub,” “we,” “us”) sells digital products — spreadsheet tools, scoring kits, prompt and skill payloads, systems, templates, and related downloadable files (collectively, “Products”). Products are delivered electronically and are available for immediate download or access upon successful payment. Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once a Product has been delivered, except under our 30-day guarantee below or where a non-waivable refund right is required by law.

30-day no-questions guarantee

We stand behind what we ship. If, within 30 days of purchase, a Product isn’t right for you — it’s defective, it materially fails to match its description on the product page, you can’t access or download the files you paid for, or it simply isn’t a fit for your situation — email us and we’ll make it right, with a working file, a replacement, or a full refund. You do not need to prove a defect: a change of mind within the window is enough.

We don’t do one-click, self-serve refunds. We ask you to send a short email with a sentence on why — it helps us improve the Products and keeps the guarantee fair for everyone. We review every request within 24–48 hours and issue approved refunds promptly.

“Defective” means the Product does not function as described — for example, a workbook with broken formulas, a corrupted download, or a missing file. A defect is always covered, inside or at the edge of the window; the 30-day guarantee simply also covers a plain change of mind.

What is not eligible for a refund

A refund will generally not be available where:

  • The request is made more than 30 days after purchase.
  • You purchased the wrong Product but the file was delivered correctly — though we’ll always try to help you swap to the right one.
  • You initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first (see below).
  • We reasonably determine the request is fraudulent or abusive, or part of a pattern of repeated buy-and-refund activity.

If the issue is your own environment (unsupported software versions, blocked downloads, email filtering, or hardware), tell us anyway — within the 30-day window we’ll either get it working or refund you.

“Not legal advice” and verdict tools

Several Products surface diagnostic verdicts, scores, compliance flags, or risk assessments. These are decision-support tools, not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice, and are not a substitute for qualified counsel. Within the 30-day window, a Product that simply isn’t the right fit — including one whose verdict you disagree with — is fully refundable under the guarantee above. After 30 days, a verdict you disagree with is not, by itself, a defect, provided the tool functions as described.

Bundles, subscriptions, and chargebacks

Bundles

Multi-product bundles are sold and delivered as a single unit. The 30-day guarantee applies to the bundle as a whole; individual items within a delivered bundle are not separately refundable.

Subscriptions (where offered)

Recurring plans are covered by the 30-day guarantee on your initial subscription charge — if a new plan isn’t a fit, email us within 30 days for a full refund of that first charge. After that, you may cancel at any time and your plan will stop at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law, and already-rendered access and prior renewal charges are non-refundable.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem, please contact us first — we resolve nearly everything quickly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in suspension of access to your Products and to future purchases.

How to request a refund

Email support@redhub.ai with your order number, the email used at checkout, the Product name, and a short description of the problem or reason. We review refund requests within 24–48 hours, typically faster. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor (Stripe); the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Your statutory rights

This Refund Policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot be waived. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
