RedHub AI LLC (“RedHub,” “we,” “us,” “our”) operates redhub.ai and related subdomains (the “Site”) and sells digital products. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to this Policy.

Information we collect

Information you provide:

• Purchase information — your name, email address, and billing details. Payment card data is collected and processed directly by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not see or store full card numbers.
• Contact information — the email address tied to your purchase and any details you submit when you request access to a Product, subscribe to updates, contact support, or (if we offer accounts in the future) create an account.
• Communications — the content of emails and support requests you send us.

Information collected automatically:

• Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, device and operating system, pages viewed, referring URLs, and timestamps, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
• Analytics data — aggregated, de-identified information about how visitors use the Site. Our analytics are privacy-friendly and cookieless (see the Cookie Policy).

Information from third parties: order, payment, and fraud-prevention signals from Stripe, and delivery/engagement data from our email and fulfillment providers.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you not submit it to us. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

How we use information

We use information to:

• process and deliver your purchases, including download links and license files;
• provide customer support and respond to your requests;
• send transactional messages (receipts, access links, important account or product notices);
• send marketing emails about products and updates, only where permitted, with an unsubscribe link in every marketing message;
• operate, secure, debug, and improve the Site and our Products;
• detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and policy violations; and
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in a way that would require an opt-out under applicable law. We share information only with:

• Service providers who process it on our behalf under contract — including Stripe (payments), our email/delivery provider (Resend), hosting, storage, and database providers (Vercel, Cloudflare R2, and Supabase, which stores order-fulfillment and subscription records), and analytics providers — limited to what they need to perform their function.
• Legal and safety recipients — when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of RedHub, our customers, or the public.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect Site functionality.

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described here — including providing ongoing access to Products you purchased, meeting tax and accounting obligations, and resolving disputes — and then delete or de-identify it. Retention periods vary by data type and legal requirement.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• access the personal information we hold about you;
• request correction of inaccurate information;
• request deletion of your information;
• opt out of marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link, or email us); and
• not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

To exercise any right, email support@redhub.ai from the address associated with your purchases. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent where the law permits.

California, Virginia, Colorado, and other state residents: you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy law, including those above. We do not sell personal information or process it for targeted advertising in a manner that triggers a statutory opt-out; if that changes, we will update this Policy and provide the required choices.

EEA/UK residents: where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal bases for processing are performance of a contract (to deliver your purchase), legitimate interests (to operate and secure the Site), consent (for certain cookies and marketing), and compliance with legal obligations. You may have rights to object, restrict, and port your data, and to complain to a supervisory authority.

Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, and we rely on Stripe’s PCI-compliant systems for payments. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International transfers

We operate from the United States and process information in the U.S. and in jurisdictions where our service providers operate. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
