Terms of Service

RedHub AI LLC · Last updated: June 28, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of redhub.ai, related subdomains, and the digital products sold through them (collectively, the “Site” and “Products”), operated by RedHub AI LLC (“RedHub,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing the Site or purchasing a Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Site on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.

2. Products and digital delivery

Products are digital goods delivered electronically. We describe each Product on its product page, including what it does and what it does not do. You are responsible for confirming a Product fits your needs before purchasing. Access to a Product is provided after successful payment via the download link, access page, or email we provide.

3. License and ownership

Subject to these Terms and full payment, RedHub grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Product you purchased for your own business or personal purposes, including the use it is designed for (running its calculations, producing its outputs, and using those outputs in your work).

You may not: resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or publicly share the Product files themselves; remove or alter proprietary notices; represent the Product as your own for resale; or use the Product to build a competing catalog of resold tools. Each license is for a single buyer or organization unless a multi-seat, team, or agency license is purchased — or unless a specific Product’s own license, stated on its product page, grants broader rights (for example, certain kits include an agency or unlimited-deployment license for use on client work). Where a Product’s stated license grants broader rights, that license controls. RedHub and its licensors retain all intellectual-property rights in the Products, the Site, and all underlying logic, templates, branding, and content.

Outputs you generate by using a Product on your own data are yours to use in your business.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are payable at checkout through our payment processor, Stripe. You authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your selected payment method. We may change prices, Products, or promotions at any time, but changes do not affect one-time orders already placed. You are responsible for any taxes not collected at checkout where applicable.

5. Subscriptions and auto-renewal

Some Products are offered as recurring subscriptions (for example, an annual or monthly plan). If you purchase one:

  • Auto-renewal. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period and your payment method is charged the then-current price for that plan through Stripe, until you cancel.
  • Cancellation. You may cancel at any time by emailing support@redhub.ai (or through any self-service option we provide). Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues through the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Refunds for subscriptions are governed by our Refund Policy.
  • Price changes. We will give you reasonable advance notice of any change to your renewal price; the new price applies to renewals after the notice, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In short: digital Products carry a 30-day no-questions money-back guarantee, and nothing here limits any non-waivable legal rights.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • access the Site or Products through automated means except as we permit (e.g., published llms.txt for AI crawlers), or scrape, harvest, or bulk-download Site content beyond normal use;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or download;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Site, or circumvent paywalls, access controls, or license restrictions;
  • use the Site or Products for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms; or
  • upload or transmit malware or harmful code.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

8. No professional advice; verdicts are decision-support only

Many Products produce scores, verdicts, risk flags, or compliance assessments. These are decision-support tools, not legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, or other professional advice, and are not a substitute for qualified professional judgment. Some Products touch regulated areas (for example, advertising, privacy, employment, or AI governance). Where a Product carries a “not legal advice” notice, that notice controls. You are solely responsible for how you use a Product’s outputs and for any decisions you make based on them. Verify outputs against your own facts and, where stakes are meaningful, consult a qualified professional.

9. Third-party services and tools

Products may reference, integrate with, or assume the use of third-party software, platforms, or AI models (for example, spreadsheet software or AI providers). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their terms, or their pricing. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

10. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that any Product will achieve a particular business result. The deterministic logic in our Products is designed to be reproducible, but we do not warrant that outputs are suitable for every situation or free of all error.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RedHub AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO A PRODUCT OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RedHub and its owners, officers, and contractors from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or Products, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your reliance on a Product’s output.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute not subject to arbitration is the state or federal courts located in Volusia County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. You agree to first contact us at support@redhub.ai to attempt to resolve any dispute informally before filing a claim.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Miscellaneous

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and RedHub regarding the Site and Products. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a business transfer.
