No account, no login. You check out through secure Stripe checkout with just your email, and your product is delivered to that email and shown on the confirmation page right after payment. There's nothing to sign up for.

Right after payment you land on a confirmation page with your download (or a link to your online access hub for a few premium products), and the same links arrive by email within a few minutes. Open the Welcome guide first — it's in every download and shows how to use each type of file. If your product also includes a README, that has the product-specific steps.

Almost always a digital product you download and keep — some mix of templates, prompts, Claude Skills, spreadsheets and workbooks, runnable scripts, and playbooks, packaged as a zip. A few premium products open an online access hub instead of a download, and a couple are ongoing subscriptions that keep that hub current (see Billing & Security). Every product page lists exactly what's included under “What you get.”

Usually just your own AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) for the prompt and skill kits, a spreadsheet app for the calculators (our .xlsx workbooks open in both Excel and Google Sheets), and — for the few products that ship a runnable script — Python 3 (most use only the standard library, so there's nothing to install). Each product's README spells out what it needs.

Two ways, depending on the product. Most are a direct download (a zip) from the confirmation page plus an email. A few premium products open an online access hub you reach from the same confirmation link. Either way, you get an email right after purchase with everything you need.

Check your spam and promotions folders first — that's where it usually hides. Your confirmation page link stays valid, so you can reopen it to download again. Still stuck? Email support@redhub.ai with the email address you bought with and we'll resend it right away.

You keep lifetime access to what you bought. Individual download links are deliberately short-lived for security, but revisiting your confirmation or access page re-issues fresh links every time — so save the page link from your purchase email. If you ever lose it, email support@redhub.ai.

Yes — download and use it wherever you work. Your license covers use within one business; the full terms are in the license file included in every product.

Each pack ships SKILL.md files in the current Anthropic Agent Skills format. You add them to Claude (in a Project or your skills directory) and they load automatically when their trigger comes up in your work. The Welcome guide in your download walks through the install step by step.

Open the included master prompt or templates, paste them into your AI tool, and follow the worked example. Many kits can be run three ways — paste the prompt, install the included skill, or drop it into a Claude Project — so you can use whichever fits your workflow.

Open the .xlsx in Excel or Google Sheets, type your numbers into the input cells, and the workbook computes the result and a clear verdict with live formulas. No macros, nothing to install, and the math is visible so you can check it.

Open a terminal and run it against the included sample file (e.g. python the_tool.py --in sample.csv). Most scripts use only the Python standard library, so there's nothing to install, and they print a plain-language verdict. For the exact options, run it with --help or check the script's header (and the product's README, if it includes one).

Yes — every product includes 12 months of free updates. When we ship a new version, re-download it from your confirmation page or email us for the latest copy. Existing buyers are grandfathered in, so an update is never a second purchase.

Most products carry a no-questions refund — a 30-day window, stated on each product page. If a product isn't the right fit, email support@redhub.ai within the window with your purchase email and we'll refund it. No hoops.

Checkout runs on Stripe, the same processor used by millions of businesses. Major credit and debit cards are accepted. Your card details go straight to Stripe over an encrypted connection and never touch RedHub's servers.

Yes. Payments run entirely through Stripe's PCI-compliant checkout — RedHub never sees or stores your card number. You'll get a Stripe receipt by email automatically after you buy.

Stripe emails a receipt automatically the moment you purchase. If you need a formal invoice or want business or tax details added, email support@redhub.ai and we'll sort it out.

Most RedHub products are a one-time purchase you keep forever. A few are subscriptions — like the AI Governance Maintenance Plan and the RedHub Operating System — billed monthly or annually, which keep your online access hub and its kits current as rules and best practice change. You can cancel anytime; your access stays live through the end of the period you've already paid for, with no cancellation fee. To cancel, or to switch between monthly and annual, email support@redhub.ai and we'll take care of it.
