Cookie Policy

RedHub AI LLC · Last updated: June 28, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how RedHub AI LLC (“RedHub,” “we,” “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on redhub.ai and related subdomains (the “Site”). It supplements our Privacy Policy.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies — such as local storage, pixels, and tags — perform comparable functions. They let a site remember your actions and preferences, keep your purchases accessible to you, and understand how the Site is used.

Types of technologies we use

Strictly necessary. Required for the Site to function — including processing checkout through Stripe, securing your access to purchased Products during a session, and remembering your light/dark theme preference (stored in your browser’s local storage). These cannot be switched off without breaking core functionality.

Functional. Remember choices you make (such as preferences) to provide a smoother experience.

Analytics (cookieless). We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights) to understand how visitors find and use the Site — which pages are viewed, how the Site performs, and where errors occur — so we can improve it. These do not set analytics cookies, do not use a persistent identifier, and do not track you across other sites; they report aggregated, de-identified information.

Payment and fraud-prevention. Cookies set by Stripe to process payments securely and detect fraud.

We do not use cookies to sell your personal information, and we do not run cross-site behavioral advertising that would require an opt-out under applicable law. If that changes, we will update this Policy and provide the required choices.

Third-party cookies

Some cookies are set by third-party service providers acting on our behalf, principally Stripe (payments and fraud prevention). Our analytics provider (Vercel) is cookieless. These providers process data under their own privacy terms; we recommend reviewing them. We do not control third-party cookies.

How long cookies last

  • Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser.
  • Persistent cookies and local storage remain for a set period or until you delete them, and are used for things like remembering your theme preference.

Managing cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings — most browsers let you block or remove cookies and notify you when a cookie is set. Useful guides are available in the help section of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. Where required by law, we will request your consent for non-essential cookies through a banner or preference control on the Site, and you can change your choices there at any time.

Please note: blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent checkout, downloads, or access to purchased Products from working correctly.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no industry-standard response to these signals; we currently do not respond to them, but we limit our use of cookies as described above — and our analytics are cookieless by default.
