Cookie Policy

RedHub AI LLC · Last updated: August 17, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how RedHub AI LLC (“RedHub,” “we,” “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on redhub.ai and related subdomains (the “Site”). It supplements our Privacy Policy.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies — such as local storage, pixels, and tags — perform comparable functions. They let a site remember your actions and preferences, keep your purchases accessible to you, and understand how the Site is used.

Types of technologies we use

Strictly necessary. Required for the Site to function — including processing checkout through Stripe, securing your access to purchased Products during a session, and remembering your light/dark theme preference (stored in your browser’s local storage). These cannot be switched off without breaking core functionality.

Functional. Remember choices you make (such as preferences) to provide a smoother experience.

Analytics (cookieless). We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights) to understand how the Site performs and where errors occur. These do not set cookies, do not use a persistent identifier, and do not track you across other sites; they report aggregated, de-identified information.

Analytics (Google Analytics 4). We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the Site — which pages are viewed, which sources refer traffic, and which content is worth continuing. Unlike the above, GA4 does set cookies (principally _ga and _ga_<id>) and uses a persistent identifier to recognise a returning browser. We do not use it for advertising, we have not enabled Google Signals or ads personalisation, and we do not sell or share the data it collects. Google processes this information under its own terms; you can review Google’s policy on data collected on partner sites.

Consent, where the law requires it. If you are visiting from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Google Analytics is not loaded at all until you accept it. You will see a short prompt on your first visit with equally weighted Accept and Decline options; declining loads nothing and clears any analytics cookie already on your device. You can change that decision at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. We remember your choice for twelve months so you are not asked repeatedly.

Opting out of analytics, anywhere. Three further routes, any of which is enough on its own. Block cookies for this Site in your browser; install Google’s opt-out browser add-on; or enable Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control in your browser — we check for both signals and, when either is set, Google Analytics is never loaded and no analytics cookie is written, regardless of where you are or what you have previously accepted.

Payment and fraud-prevention. Cookies set by Stripe to process payments securely and detect fraud.

We do not use cookies to sell your personal information, and we do not run cross-site behavioral advertising that would require an opt-out under applicable law. If that changes, we will update this Policy and provide the required choices.

Third-party cookies

Some cookies are set by third-party service providers acting on our behalf: Stripe (payments and fraud prevention) and Google (analytics). Our other analytics provider, Vercel, is cookieless and sets none. These providers process data under their own privacy terms; we recommend reviewing them. We do not control third-party cookies.

How long cookies last

  • Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser.
  • Persistent cookies and local storage remain for a set period or until you delete them, and are used for things like remembering your theme preference. The Google Analytics cookies are persistent, with a typical lifetime of up to two years from your most recent visit.

Managing cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings — most browsers let you block or remove cookies and notify you when a cookie is set. Useful guides are available in the help section of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. Where required by law we request your consent for non-essential cookies before setting them, through the prompt described above, and the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page lets you change your choice at any time.

Please note: blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent checkout, downloads, or access to purchased Products from working correctly.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal, and some send a Global Privacy Control signal. There is no industry-standard response to either, and most sites ignore both. We honour them: when either signal is set, we do not load Google Analytics and no analytics cookie is written. Our other analytics (Vercel) are cookieless in every case.
