This tool grades your AI skills against a spaced-repetition schedule — each one fresh, fading, or gone cold. It reads 6 skills and rolls them into one verdict — the worst, never the average — and then a gate that can only make it worse.

The verdict bands
A business-critical skill that has gone COLD is the top-priority fix and locks the week to ESCALATE. One critical skill past 2× its review interval overrides how fresh everything else is — the skill you can least afford to lose is the one that decayed, and the gate can only make the verdict worse.
