Tool Gate · How it works

How the Visiting Agent Rulebook gate works

How the Visiting Agent Rulebook grades each agent and action across five layers and sets ADMIT, REVIEW or REFUSE: a gate fires on a money-moving action admitted with identity short of verified, and, where a row is short, it names the one to fix first.

How the gate works

This tool grades your rules for each AI agent and action on your site. It reads 8 rows and rolls them into one verdict — the worst, never the average — and then a gate that can only make it worse.

The 8 rows

RowVerdict
Customer shopping agent · buyfix firstREVIEWadmitted today on a claimed identity: the gate fires
Customer shopping agent · changeREVIEWreviewed today; matches the layers
Partner booking agent · changeREVIEWadmitted today; intent and limit short: a gap
Customer shopping agent · cancelREVIEWautomated cancellation refused; customer-rights review required
Any unidentified agent · buyREFUSErefused today; out of scope
Any unidentified agent · browseADMITadmitted today; scope and refusal in place

The verdict bands

RULEBOOK HOLDS AS DESCRIBED
no row more open than its layers, no customer-rights review open, rules stated
RULEBOOK HAS GAPS
a row more open than its layers, a customer-rights review open, or rules unstated
UNVERIFIED MONEY PATH
a money-moving action admitted with identity short of verified
Money · worsen-only

A money-moving action you admit today with identity short of verified sets the roll-up, however the other rows read. Book, buy, change and cancel count as money-moving.

In the worked sample it reads UNVERIFIED MONEY PATH — Seven of the eight rows carry no gate. Row 4 admits a customer's shopping agent to buy on a claimed identity, so the roll-up reads UNVERIFIED MONEY PATH. Move row 4 to review and the gate releases, leaving RULEBOOK HAS GAPS on row 8 and on row 6, where a refused cancellation has its customer-rights review open. Marked fix first on this sample: Row 4, Customer shopping agent / buy: Identity. Work section 1 of the Layer Guide.

Common questions

Can every row look survivable on the Visiting Agent Rulebook gate and the company still read UNVERIFIED MONEY PATH?

Yes. The roll-up takes the worst of 8 rows — never the average — then a worsen-only gate, the Money gate, escalates when trouble clusters. In the worked sample it reads UNVERIFIED MONEY PATH because seven of the eight rows carry no gate.

What is a worsen-only gate?

A rule that can only lower a verdict, never raise it. One gate-triggering gap overrides an otherwise-set of survivable lines, because a single gate-triggering gap shouldn't hide behind an average of the healthy ones. Where something is short, the fix-first row names it — here, "Row 4, Customer shopping agent / buy: Identity. Work section 1 of the Layer Guide.".

A money-moving action is marked admitted while the identity layer is below this instrument’s verified mark. This result reflects only the user’s marks. RedHub did not inspect the agent, verify a signature, authorize a payment or determine whether the action was permitted. Refusing change or cancellation requires customer-rights review. A refusal mark does not determine that blocking the automated channel is lawful or that another channel is sufficient. “Holds as described” means the entered marks satisfy this product’s stated rulebook conditions. It is not a certification that the rules are lawful, complete, secure or technically enforced. This self-assessment applies the stated rules to the user’s marks. RedHub did not visit the site, inspect traffic, verify a signature, identify an agent, validate user approval, interpret a contract, authorize a payment or confirm an outcome. The result is not legal, payment or security advice and does not determine whether any action is permitted or required.
