The verdict bands
A phantom or drifted claim due within the next 24 hours — or today — forces BOOKS DIVERGING and names it 'chase first', however low the total. A phantom three weeks out is cleanup; a phantom today is a customer already on their way to a slot that's wrong or doesn't exist.
