The score is the respondent's 0–5 answers times your question weights, which must sum to 100. No baked-in result, no hidden lift. Change a weight, the score moves — and every band must be reachable by a real answer set.

The top band tells the truth

The hard gate: your best respondents can't be told they're failing or hard-sold, and you can't funnel every score to the same CTA. A low scorer can hear they have real gaps — that's honest; lying to your strongest respondents is the rig the gate blocks.

Honest converts and cites
