Acceptable Use Policy
Effective Date: June 1, 2025
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the services provided by RedHub.ai (“RedHub.ai”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including our website https://redhub.ai and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). This AUP is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Use. By using our Services, you agree to comply with this AUP. If you do not agree with this AUP, you must not use our Services.
1. Prohibited Uses
You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Terms of Use and this AUP. You agree not to use, and not to permit any third party to use, the Services:
- Illegal Activities:Â In any way that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation. This includes, but is not limited to, activities related to child pornography, terrorism, fraud, or the promotion of illegal substances.
- Harmful or Abusive Content:Â To transmit, store, display, distribute or otherwise make available content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable, including content that constitutes child pornography or that is harmful to minors.
- Infringement of Intellectual Property:Â In any way that infringes upon or violates the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights.
- Security Violations:Â To violate or attempt to violate the security of the Services or any network, server, computer, or data. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Accessing data not intended for you or logging into a server or account which you are not authorized to access.
- Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization.
- Attempting to interfere with service to any user, host, or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus, overloading, “flooding,” “spamming,” “mail bombing,” or “crashing.”
- Forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or newsgroup posting.
- Spam and Unsolicited Communications:Â To generate or facilitate unsolicited bulk email (spam), chain letters, or other forms of unsolicited communications. This includes, but is not limited to, sending messages to users who have not explicitly consented to receive them.
- Misrepresentation and Deception:Â To impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity. This includes creating a false identity or otherwise attempting to mislead others as to the identity of the sender or the origin of a message or other content.
- Resource Abuse:Â To consume an excessive amount of network or system resources, or to use the Services in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, running cryptocurrency mining operations without explicit permission.
- Malicious Software:Â To distribute, publish, send, or facilitate the sending of unsolicited mass e-mail or other messages, promotions, advertising, or solicitations (like “spam”), including commercial advertising and informational announcements. To transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
- Data Scraping and Harvesting:Â To engage in unauthorized data scraping, data mining, data harvesting, or any other similar activity in relation to our Services, or while using our Services, without our express written consent.
- Reverse Engineering:Â To reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying ideas or algorithms of the Services, except to the extent that such activities are expressly permitted by applicable law despite this limitation.
- Resale of Services:Â To resell or redistribute the Services, or any part thereof, without our express written permission.
2. Content Standards
Any and all material which you contribute to the Service (“User Contributions”), and to any interactive services associated with it, must comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations. Without limiting the foregoing, User Contributions must not:
- Contain any material which is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Promote sexually explicit or pornographic material, violence, or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
- Infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property or other rights of any other person.
- Violate the legal rights (including the rights of publicity and privacy) of others or contain any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable laws or regulations or that otherwise may be in conflict with our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy .
- Be likely to deceive any person.
- Promote any illegal activity, or advocate, promote, or assist any unlawful act.
- Cause annoyance, inconvenience, or needless anxiety or be likely to upset, embarrass, alarm, or annoy any other person.
- Impersonate any person, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization.
- Involve commercial activities or sales, such as contests, sweepstakes, and other sales promotions, barter, or advertising, unless explicitly authorized by us.
- Give the impression that they emanate from or are endorsed by us or any other person or entity, if this is not the case.
3. Enforcement and Violations
We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to investigate any violation of this AUP or misuse of the Services. We may:
- Investigate violations of this AUP or misuse of the Services.
- Remove, disable access to, or modify any content or resource that violates this AUP or any other agreement we have with you for use of the Services.
- Report any activity that we suspect violates any law or regulation to appropriate law enforcement officials, regulators, or other appropriate third parties. Our reporting may include disclosing appropriate customer information.
- Suspend or terminate your access to the Services for any AUP violation.
We may take any other action we deem appropriate to address violations of this AUP. We will not be liable for any damages of any nature suffered by any customer, user, or any third party resulting in whole or in part from RedHub.ai’s exercise of its rights under this AUP.
4. Reporting Violations

5. Modifications to this AUP
We reserve the right to modify this AUP at any time by posting a revised version on our website or by otherwise notifying you in accordance with our Terms of Use. The modified AUP will become effective upon posting or, if we notify you by email, as stated in the email message. By continuing to use the Services after the effective date of any modifications to this AUP, you agree to be bound by the modified AUP.
