How the stall gate works
This tool grades your lead-gen funnel, stage by stage. Each stage scores 0–100; the pipeline is only as strong as its weakest stage — then a stall gate that can only make it worse. It routes you to the exact fix.
The 6 stages
The funnel is only as strong as its weakest stage — the mean hides the constraint. A stage at or below 25 starves everything downstream and forces CLOGGED no matter how the others score. Fix the constraint stage before optimizing anything upstream.
Why: Five stages run 73–80, so the mean (71) looks healthy. But speed-to-lead scores just 46 — and a funnel is only as strong as its weakest stage, so the true verdict is LEAKING. Reach leads while they're warm before you optimize anything upstream of the leak.
The average hides the bottleneck. The pipeline takes the minimum, the stall gate blocks on any stalled stage, and it routes you to the one product that clears your constraint. Your own inputs, scored offline. Grades the funnel, not a person.
