How the gate works
This tool grades your readiness to win a job posting's freshness window before you sprint a proposal. It scores 6 weighted controls into a 0–100 number — then a gate that can only make the verdict worse.
The 6 weighted controls
A missing archetype file or proof stack — either one scored 0 — forces NOT SPRINT-READY regardless of the score. Speed without a staged asset just sends something weak quickly; you cannot deploy what you have not built.
Why: The other levers are decent — a 20-minute window, live alerts, a saved opening bank — for a score of 60, which alone would read TIGHTEN. But the archetype file for this niche is missing (scored 0). The two-asset gate forces NOT SPRINT-READY regardless of the score: a fast proposal with no staged skeleton is just fast spam.
A high score didn’t save it. The score is context; the gate is the answer — and it names the one thing to fix first. Grades your own bid-readiness as a system, not any person, and guarantees no particular response rate. Your marks, your score — deterministic and offline.
