How the gate works
This tool grades an AI-rollout training plan. It scores 4 weighted controls into a 0–100 number — then a gate that can only make the verdict worse.
The 4 weighted controls
Any outcome with no Kirkpatrick measure — reaction, learning, behavior, or results — forces FLAWED. A plan you can't evidence isn't coherent, regardless of the score.
Why: Role fit, sequence, and time budget all score full — a 94, squarely COHERENT. But one outcome ('spot an AI hallucination before sending') ships with no way to measure it, so the gate forces FLAWED. A plan you can't evidence isn't a plan.
A high score didn’t save it. The score is context; the gate is the answer — and it names the one thing to fix first. Grades the plan you enter — it reads no systems and does not score or rank people. Educational; not legal, HR, or financial advice.
