How the Teach-It-Back AI Champion gate works

This tool grades each AI teach-back session on accuracy, transfer, and participation, then rolls sessions up into a program habit read. It reads 5 sessions and rolls them into one verdict — the worst, never the average — then a gate that can only make it worse.

SELF-SUSTAINING
60%+ of sessions (of 3 or more) are SOLID, taught by more than one person, with no recent HOLLOW streak
PROPPED-UP
some SOLID sessions exist but density is under 60% - or every SOLID session was taught by one person
DORMANT
zero SOLID sessions, fewer than 3 sessions logged, or the last two sessions both scored HOLLOW
Keystone gate · worsen-only

Two HOLLOW sessions in a row forces DORMANT regardless of solid-session density - a habit that just broke isn't self-sustaining because it used to be.

DORMANT

Why: 3 of 5 sessions are SOLID - a 60% density that would normally clear SELF-SUSTAINING. But the two most recent sessions, Wk4 and Wk5, both scored HOLLOW (20/100, capped by their weakest dimension), and the keystone gate forces DORMANT the moment the most recent habit breaks - past density doesn't cover for a program that just stopped working. 3/5 sessions SOLID (60% share) - base read SELF-SUSTAINING before the keystone gate.

Fix firstWk4 Data analysis - Participation scored 1/5, the weakest dimension dragging the session to HOLLOW

No single session is the crisis — the clustering is. The roll-up takes the worst, the gate escalates when trouble compounds, and it names the one thing to fix first. Grades a session's quality and a program's habit, not any individual teacher or learner - not for any employment or performance decision.
