How the roll-up gate works
This tool grades your operating rhythm from the cadences you actually run. It reads 3 cadences and rolls them into one verdict — the worst, never the average — then a gate that can only make it worse.
The 3 cadences
Miss the weekly board briefing two full cycles (14+ days) and the rhythm is OFF RHYTHM — even though a single overdue cadence would otherwise read only DRIFTING, and even with the monthly and quarterly both on time. The operating system is the weekly meeting; until it restarts, nothing else counts.
Why: Only the weekly briefing is overdue and the monthly and quarterly are both on time — on the overdue count alone that reads DRIFTING. But the weekly is the keystone, missed two full cycles, so the keystone-collapse gate forces OFF RHYTHM. The rhythm is the worst-broken cadence, never the average.
Hold the monthly and quarterly perfectly current and let the weekly keystone slip two cycles, and the rhythm still reads OFF RHYTHM — regardless of the score. The worst-broken cadence sets the verdict, never the average of the three.
