How the OEE Honesty gate works

This tool grades Availability x Performance x Quality on the line's own numbers - then floors the verdict to INFLATED the moment excluded or reclassified downtime is hidden from the calculation. It scores 3 weighted controls into a 0–100 number — then a gate that can only make the verdict worse.

Any excluded micro-stop or reclassified changeover time - time hidden from the availability factor - floors the verdict to INFLATED however high the true OEE reads, until that time is restored to the calculation.

Why: True OEE for Line 1 - Filler comes out to 77.6% (Availability 79.2%, Performance 100.0%, Quality 98.0%) - on its own that clears the 60% floor and reads TRUE OEE. But 60 minutes of downtime (35 min excluded micro-stops + 25 min reclassified changeover) never made it into the availability factor: restore it and reported OEE drops from 83.8% to the true 77.6%. Hiding time from the calculation floors the verdict to INFLATED regardless of the score.
