How the roll-up gate works
This tool grades an automated Instagram DM sales flow stage by stage before you turn it on, then rolls the flow up to its weakest stage. It reads 5 stages and rolls them into one verdict — the worst, never the average — then a gate that can only make it worse.
The 5 stages
An automated flow whose first message hides that it's automated, or traps the prospect with no opt-out / 'talk to a human', reads DO NOT AUTOMATE on the Greet & disclose stage. A single DO NOT AUTOMATE stage forces the whole flow to HOLD, however READY the other four stages are — the verdict is structural and won't average a dealbreaker away. Gate then send.
Why: Qualify, value answer, offer, and hand-to-checkout are all READY — four clean stages, a flow that would otherwise be GO. But the opener never discloses it's automated, so Greet & disclose reads DO NOT AUTOMATE and the disclosure gate fires. One held stage forces the whole flow to HOLD, no matter how strong the other four. It's a deception and deliverability risk before it's anything else.
No single stage is the crisis — the clustering is. The roll-up takes the worst, the gate escalates when trouble compounds, and it names the one thing to fix first. A deception-risk and deliverability judgment about a flow you control, reflecting the FTC's clear-and-conspicuous disclosure principle for automated commercial messaging — not legal advice, not a compliance certification, and a GO is not a legal clearance. Scores the flow, not people, and never reads real DMs. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram or Meta.
