How the gate works
This tool grades a dormant contact before you spend effort winning them back. It scores 4 weighted controls into a 0–100 number — then a gate that can only make the verdict worse.
The 4 weighted controls
A contact who has opted out or is unreachable is DO NOT CONTACT regardless of how valuable they are. Reachability at or below 1 forces DO NOT CONTACT no matter how high the win-back score — the gate ranks priority, it never grants permission to contact.
Why: This is a top-relationship contact still showing some signal — the win-back score is 66, which reads REVIVE NOW. But reachability is 0: they've opted out. The suppression gate forces DO NOT CONTACT no matter how valuable they were — it ranks priority, it never grants permission to contact.
A high score didn’t save it. The score is context; the gate is the answer — and it names the one thing to fix first. Ranks win-back priority; it never grants permission to contact. Respect every opt-out and confirm consent before any outreach.
