This tool grades an abandoned-cart recovery flow. It scores 7 weighted controls into a 0–100 number — then a gate that can only make the verdict worse.
The 7 weighted controls
A one-message cart-recovery flow is capped at DORMANT no matter how high it scores — the depth gap is too big for message-craft to close, regardless of the score.
Why: The flow scores 78 — every lever dialed in, an OPTIMIZED number. But it's a single-message flow: sequence depth is zero. One email leaves the bulk of recoverable revenue on the table, so the gate caps it at DORMANT. Message-craft can't close a depth gap that big.
A high score didn’t save it. The score is context; the gate is the answer — and it names the one thing to fix first. Score and verdict come from your marks; the upside uses your own numbers. Grades the flow, not people.
