How the Brand-Voice Email gate works

This tool grades a marketing email's subject and body for honesty and deliverability. It reads 6 honesty & deliverability checks and rolls them into one verdict — the worst, never the average — then a gate that can only make it worse.

A single major — a deceptive Re:/Fwd: subject or a missing unsubscribe — forces Hold, however clean the rest of the copy reads. One dishonest or non-compliant signal is dispositive on its own.

Hold

Why: The subject fakes a reply — 'RE:' — and the body has no unsubscribe: two majors. Spammy words, slop phrases, shouting caps, and six exclamation points are only caveats. But one major is dispositive, so the roll-up reads Hold — worst-not-average — no matter how the rest scores. 2 majors · 6 caveats · worst-not-average.

Fix firstDeceptive subject prefix — drop the fake 'RE:'; a fake reply line is dishonest and tanks deliverability. Then add a working unsubscribe (the second major).

Spammy words, slop phrases, and shouting caps are only caveats — a single fake ‘Re:’ or a missing unsubscribe is dispositive. The roll-up takes the worst check, the gate forces Hold when any major fires, and it names the one thing to fix first.
